I used my belt for the first time on a 6 mile run to see how it felt. It is soft and comfortable and the bottles fit well in the pouches. They are easy to get in and out. The pouch has plenty of room, although I only had keys in it. They only downside was that it did ride up to my waist as it slipped on my running top, I pulled my top out and it seemed to sit better on my bottoms and more so when I had sweated and the rubber points on the back stuck better. Its the best belt I have found so far.

Doesn't slip at all, can fit 4 energy gels in the pocket, perfect for marathon training
